Delete your account in the app

The primary deletion path is available directly in PsycheStella:

1. In the app, open Settings.
2. Open Account and Privacy.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the summary and confirm deletion.

You may be asked to re-authenticate to protect the account from an unauthorized deletion request.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@orynthar.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “PsycheStella account deletion” and include the sign-in method and approximate account-creation date. Do not send a password, complete payment details or identity documents unless our privacy team requests a specific verification step.

We will verify that you control the account before deletion. If email ownership is not enough, we may ask for limited additional information connected to the account.

Data that is deleted

• account profile and saved preferences;
• stored birth profiles and calculated chart records associated only with your account;
• saved tarot questions, readings and card journal entries;
• personal journal entries, mood markers and timeline links;
• optional personalization and saved learning progress;
• support identifiers that are not required for a continuing legal or security purpose.

Data we may need to retain

Limited records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. This can include store transaction references, consent records, deletion-request evidence and restricted security logs. Retained data is isolated from normal product use and removed when the applicable obligation expires.

Processing time and backups

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, or the shorter period required by applicable law. The account is made unavailable during processing. Copies may remain in encrypted, access-restricted backups until the normal backup cycle completes, after which they are overwritten. We will tell you if a lawful exception requires more time.

Cancel Apple or Google subscriptions separately

Deleting your PsycheStella account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel automatic renewal in the store account used to purchase:

• Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PsycheStella → Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PsycheStella → Cancel.

Store menu names can change. Consult Apple or Google support if the subscription is not visible.
