Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to PsycheStella services provided by Orynthar. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must meet the minimum legal age in your country and have authority to enter this agreement.

Using the service

PsycheStella provides astrology visualization, tarot-based reflection, journaling, educational content and AI-assisted interpretation. Features may vary by region, device, plan and release stage. You are responsible for how you use reflective content and for decisions you make.

User accounts

Provide accurate information, maintain the security of your sign-in method and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer or share access in a way that undermines security or store rules. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless law provides otherwise.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid features, billing period, price, taxes and trial terms will be shown before purchase. Mobile subscriptions are normally processed by Apple or Google under their payment terms. Orynthar does not receive your complete payment-card details from those stores.

Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the relevant store, a subscription may renew automatically and the store may charge the selected payment method. Manage renewal in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Removing the app or deleting a PsycheStella account does not by itself cancel store billing.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled under the applicable store policy and local law. For a direct purchase, contact support with the order reference. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Your content

You retain rights in questions, journal entries and other content you create. You give Orynthar a limited permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you choose. You must have the right to provide the content and should avoid unlawfully sharing another person’s sensitive information.

AI-generated content

AI-assisted content is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased or unsuitable. It is offered for reflection, learning and entertainment and does not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

Do not rely on the service for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, legal deadlines, financial transactions or decisions affecting safety. Seek an appropriate professional when needed.

Intellectual property

Orynthar and its licensors own the PsycheStella service, brand, interfaces, original tarot artwork, written lessons, software and related intellectual property, excluding your content. A personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license is granted to use the service as intended. No rights are granted to reproduce or commercialize the deck, models or interface.

Prohibited behavior

• use the service unlawfully, deceptively or to harm, harass or exploit others;
• attempt unauthorized access, security testing, scraping or service disruption;
• reverse engineer or extract software, datasets, models or protected artwork except where law expressly permits;
• use automated means to create excessive load or bypass limits;
• misrepresent generated content as professional advice or guaranteed prediction;
• infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious or repeated breach, non-payment or protection of users and the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, compatibility with every device, or the accuracy or predictive power of any astrology, tarot or AI interpretation. Symbolic content is not a statement of fact about a person or future event.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orynthar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, lost data or decisions made in reliance on reflective content. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law. These limits do not apply where prohibited.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and forum applicable to your service will be identified by the Orynthar entity shown in the app-store listing or purchase screen, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as features, law or business arrangements change. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
